2. What data we collect
We collect only what is necessary:
- Contact form: name, email, subject and message.
- Membership application: company details, address and contact person.
- Newsletter signup: email address only.
- Technical logs: anonymised IP, browser type and pages visited.
3. Why we use it
Your data is used to respond to enquiries, process membership, send newsletters you requested and improve the website. We never sell your data.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on your consent (newsletter, contact form) or on a legitimate interest (membership administration, website security).
5. How long we keep it
Contact messages are kept for 24 months. Membership records are kept for the duration of the membership plus statutory retention periods. Newsletter emails can be deleted at any time by unsubscribing.
